3. Refund Process and Review Rules:

• Sorry, we do not process volume reduction requests immediately. This usually takes some time, and we handle them collectively once a month.
• Each application is re-verified using undetectable.ai. If the content fails the detection, we will credit back the used article generation credits to your account.
• We will only process refunds for original content that fails detection. If you have made any modifications to the content, it will not qualify under this policy.
• As both the model and algorithms are continuously being updated, this policy only applies to content generated on or after August 1, 2024. We appreciate your understanding.

A: Typically, we process applications collectively at the end of each month. Please understand that this review process takes considerable time.
